A seating plan has been prepared to ensure that you can sit with your friends.

5 to 6 pm – *Jammers Play
6 – 7 pm – Dinner & Birthday Cake
7 to 9 pm – Dancing to Recorded Music

* If you regularly play/sing with the Happy Hour Jammers you are invited to bring your equipment and join in. If you want to join in, please be there by 4:30 pm to set up.
Or, you can choose to take the night off and enjoy the show

Dinner:
The dinner is catered by the Hotel Escuela Culinary Arts Program.
Roast Beef, potatoes, veggies & buns/butter
(accommodations have been for those who indicated food allergies/preferences)

Drinks:
Please bring your own alcohol.
The Hotel will provide glasses, ice and mix, and waitstaff to serve them.
Mix includes Coke, Sprite, Mineral (Sparkling) Water and Grapefruit Juice. If you require any other mix, please bring your own.
A Bartender will mix your drinks.
When you arrive, we will lable your cans/bottles with your name and leave them at the bar. If any alcohol is left over, you can take yours home.
Make sure to give your name when you place your order.
